We will accept orders from the following countries – New Zealand, Australia, UK/Europe, USA, Canada, Japan, and other countries on application. (We reserve the right to accept orders at our discretion.)

NZ deliveries are usually delivered within 2 – 3 business days of placing your order. All orders are sent signature required courier delivery and can be traced.

Delivery charges are $5.00 for courier delivery on orders up to $50 in combined value (excluding courier cost). Orders over $50 in combined value (excluding courier cost) will be couriered to you free of charge.

International Orders (Airmail)

Charges will be automatically calculated based on the weight of the products and the country of destination. The cost will be displayed on the checkout page prior to you confirming your order. If you have any questions relating to international deliveries please contact us at info@nzessence.com in the first instance.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you would like to exchange your order please contact us at info@nzessence.com and we will advise you of the procedure to follow. We can only give refunds and exchanges on goods that are in the original packaging and unused.

Purchases through this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which states that goods purchased for personal use may be returned if they are considered faulty, and may be replaced or refunded provided the return occurs within a reasonable amount of time as defined by the Act.
